Family of four killed in house fire | News

Four family members, including two children, apparently died in a Region 8 house fire early Friday morning.
According to a news release from the Stone County Sheriff’s Office, 911 received a call around 5:30 a.m. about a home on fire on Bauerline Road in Timbo.
When firefighters arrived, the fire had already destroyed the home.
Deputies and Arkansas State Police investigators recovered the remains of four victims, believed to be 49-year-old Jeffery W. Bauerlein; his wife, 49-year-old Carolyn Sue; and their children, 13-year-old Callie and 8-year-old Molly.
The bodies will be sent to the State Medical Examiner’s office in Little Rock for positive identification.
At this time, the cause and origin of the fire remain undetermined.
