Rainfall helps lift burn ban | News
After receiving much needed rain, at least one Region 8 county is no longer under a burn ban.
Sharp County Judge Larry Brown announced the burn ban for his county has been lifted effective today, Augsut 2.
If dry hazardous conditions return, however, he says the burn ban will have to be reactivated.
