Sheriff: Man attacks after finding brother, fiancee in "passionate posture" | Crime
A man who came home to find his fiancée and his brother in a “passionate posture” was arrested on domestic battery charges.
Early one morning last week Izard County sheriff’s deputies were called to a home on Gin Road in Oxford.
When they arrived Sheriff Tate Lawrence said the deputies could hear “a lot of yelling and cursing coming from within.”
Lawrence said Justin Hall, 26, was “out of control and attacking” his brother, 23-year-old Josh Hall, and his fiancée, 21-year-old Aliyah Roth, after he “caught them in a passionate posture.”
Justin Hall began “kneeing, kicking and punching” both of the victims and at one point shoved his mother, Lawrence said.
Hall was arrested at the scene on three counts of domestic battery-third degree.
His brother and fiancée were also charged with one count of domestic battery-third degree before they were taken by ambulance to the Fulton County Hospital.
