Deputies arrest second man for selling meth near school | Crime
A second person has been arrested on felony drug charges after investigators say he sold meth to an informant.
Daniel Lynn Adams, 20, is charged in connection with same drug buy transaction that took place last November 30 near Pinkston Middle School, according to a news release from Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery.
Adams was booked into the detention center on Tuesday on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, distribution near certain facilities, unlawful use of communications and body attachment (child support).
He’s being held in lieu of $25,000 bond awaiting a Circuit Court appearance on May 2.
Bryan Keith Sutterfield, 30, of Mountain Home is also charged in the same drug buy transaction.
He was arrested earlier this month on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, distribution near certain facilities, revocation bench warrant, revocation of bond and non-payment of fines.
Sutterfield’s bond was set at $7,200.
