AHTD meeting to discuss plans to widen Hwy. 167 in Cave City | Community Spirit

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a public involvement meeting in Cave City on Thursday, January 24, from 4 until 7 p.m. in the cafeteria of Cave City High School.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 167 from County Road 80 to the south of AHTD.  According to a news release from AHTD, plans call for widening 4.5 miles of Hwy. 167 to five lanes.

The public is invited to attend anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
